Hi everyone!
School holiday for mid-semester is here! I know that many of you had planned to do various of things during this school holiday, but do not party too hard as all of us will be sitting for an important exam at the end of this year such as PT3, IGCSE and most importantly, SPM. I this entry, I would like to share some activities that I did.

First, I tried to make my new favorite food, banana pudding! I was helped by my mother who is very reliable. The ingredients are easy to found at the nearby supermarket and the directions are easy-to-follow. Although its taste is not the same as how my mother's banana pudding would taste, I still feel proud that I could make it on my own.

For this holiday, our batch, Imperial (form 5) received a lots of "gift" from the teacher. There are gifts from the Biology, Physics, English, Bahasa Melayu, History and Mathematics teacher. The gifts are actually homework. I hope that I could finish all the homework given in time *sigh*. I know that all the homework given by the teachers are important to prepare us for the upcoming                                       exam and SPM. So, I will try hard to finish the homework given :)

I think that is all. Bye!

Interesting food I tried to cook :)

Hi everyone :)
School holiday is back again ! Today, I am going to tell you about an interesting food that I tried to make. It was banana pudding. I tried to make banana pudding because it is my new favorite food. I was helped by my mother who is very reliable on making pudding and cooking. The directions to make banana pudding are very simple and easy to follow. Firstly, you will have to list down all the ingredients that you need in order to make a mouth-watering banana pudding and go buy the ingredients at the supermarket :)

INGREDIENTS:-
1) 1 1/3 cup of milk
2) 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
3) 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
4) 3 cup of heavy cream
5) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
6) 1 box of vanilla wafer cookie (12 oz.)
7) 4 banana (sliced into coins)
8) 2 teaspoon of sugar

DIRECTIONS:-
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, vanilla pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk  thoroughly, breaking up any lumps, and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes, or until set.
2) In another large bowl, combine heavy cream and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form, about 2-3    minutes. Set aside half of the mixture for topping the dish. Fold remaining half into the pudding  mixture.
3) Cover the bottom of a 3-quart trifle dish with vanilla wafers. Top with one-third of the pudding    mixture. Cover with another layer of the wafer cookies—you may want to also stand some cookies  up vertically, so you see the full circle along the edge of the trifle dish. Top with an even layer of    banana slices. Continue layering the pudding, wafer cookies and banana slices until you reach the  top, ending with a final layer of banana pudding.
4) Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
5) Sweeten the remaining whipped cream: Add sugar to whipped cream, stirring to combine. Dollop  on top of the banana pudding, then sprinkle crumbled wafer cookies on top, just before serving.

Very easy right? I hope all of you can try to make this banana pudding and serve it to your beloved ones. Good luck !
